Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed products with original tags within 7 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

Key Conditions:

Non-Refundable Delivery: Delivery charges will not be refunded. For orders that originally included delivery charges, that amount will be deducted at the time of the refund.
Return Shipping: Customers must return the merchandise via traceable delivery (i.e., courier or registered post) at their own expense.
Damaged Items: Any item that is found to be damaged upon arrival will not be eligible for an exchange or a return.
Sale Items: Items bought on discount or during sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after we receive the returned products.
